Japanese Chef Knife Aritsugu Takohiki Betsuuchi 240 mm 9.44" Blue Steel Personalized Name
You can cut meat, fish and vegetables easily. Your cooking will go through a dramatic change!
This is a Betsuuchi Takohiki knife. It is made not only stainless steels and ceramics, but also blue steel #2.
It has a straighter blade line than Yanagiba. The width of the blade is narrow, so you can move away from the blade. One of the advantages is that the length does not become shorter even when sharpened.
Blue steel is a little harder than white steel, and its sharpness lasts longer. The size is the length from the tip of the blade to the gusset (to the gap between the handle and the knife), not the length of the blade.
After ordering you will receive an order confirmation (a name engraving service) via e-mail.
